When staying only for 1 night there is a surcharge to the current price of 5 €.
Price includes: internet, parking, energy, water, linen, final cleaning, wood, cauldron, barbecue, grill, games.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE : accomodation tax 1 €
DISCOUNTS :
- stay longer than 10 nights – 10%
- schools and larger groups – by agreement
- children under 3 years free
RESTRICTIONS: New Year’s Eve – minimum 3 nights and no discounts apply
After agreement it is possible to order the whole object price from 400 – 500 €
Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of this binding reservation before arrival, we will apply the following cancellation fee:
14 and more days before the start of the stay – 0% cancellation fee,
13 – 7 days before the start of the stay – 50% of the booked accommodation services
6 – 3 days before the start of the stay – 80% of the ordered accommodation services
2 – 0 before the start of the stay – 100% of the ordered services which were pre-ordered and binding.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- After receiving the order, we will make a preliminary reservation valid for 3 days. Until then, it is necessary to pay the full price of the ordered services.
- After receiving the payment, we will confirm your reservation
- If you cancel your reservation earlier than 14 days before arrival, we will refund your full amount. Subsequent cancellation is subject to the above cancellation conditions.
We reserve the right to agree individual and other conditions.
If you decide to leave earlier during your stay, the amount paid will not be refunded.
